When I came home from STINT, I was told to take some time to readjust to America. Gently ease myself into home. But since I've been back in the States, I've hardly been in the same place for 5 minutes at a time and, right now, I find myself in the middle of a Great American Roadtrip. Driving to New Staff Training in Orlando, I have the unique opportunity and pleasure to wade slowly through my homeland mile by mile. So in honor of my return to America and as a way to readjust and re-love my homeland, I'm embarking on a new phase of blogging: a photo a day.
To kick it off, here are a few shots from my time at home so far.
Check out the photo bomb behind us on this one at the Tigers game downtown Detroit
I have never ordered anything at the Ghiradelli Cafe downtown but nearly everytime I walk by I stop in for a free sample.

I often feel like I have my feet planted in two worlds [in the photo photo below, literally one foot each in former East and West Berlin]. I'm an American and a Berliner. A citizen of Heaven and a resident of Earth. This is my story.
